FAQs

Please read our FAQs page to find out more.

Can e-bikes handle rough terrain like mountains or gravel roads?
  • Urban/commuter e-bikes: Equipped with slick tires and basic suspension, suitable for paved roads and mild gravel.
  • Off-road/mountain e-bikes: Feature fat tires (4.0-inch width), front/rear hydraulic disc brakes, and full suspension (120-150mm travel), capable of tackling steep slopes (≤25°), rocky trails, and muddy terrain.Check the "Terrain Compatibility" section on each product page for details.
What types of motors do e-bikes use, and what are their advantages?

Two main motor types are available:

  • Hub motors (front/rear): Lightweight, low maintenance, and cost-effective, with maximum torque of 40-60 N·m, suitable for urban commuting and casual riding.
  • Mid-drive motors: Mounted near the crankset, offering better weight distribution and higher torque (60-120 N·m), ensuring excellent hill-climbing performance, ideal for off-road and heavy-load rides. Both are brushless (BLDC) for low noise, energy efficiency, and long service life (≥5,000 working hours).
Are e-bike chargers compatible with global voltage standards?

Yes, all our e-bike chargers support universal voltage (100-240V, 50/60Hz), which is compatible with power grids in North America, Europe, Asia, and most other regions. You only need a region-specific plug adapter (not included) for charging, no additional voltage converter required

Is riding an e-bike still good for fitness?

Absolutely. E-bikes allow you to adjust the assist level—you can turn off the assist or use the lowest level to rely on your own pedaling power for exercise. It reduces joint pressure compared to traditional bikes, making it easier to long-distance rides, which helps with fat burning, endurance improvement, and leg muscle strengthening. It’s a low-impact, efficient fitness option.

. What warranty and after-sales support are provided?
  • Frame: 5 years (against manufacturing defects).
  • Battery: 2 years (or 1,000 charge cycles, whichever comes first).
  • Motor & electrical components: 2 years.
  • Consumables (tires, brake pads): 3 months
